I'm going to post this and don't want any snide comments - yea I'm dreaming and I really know with this group that is not going to happen. O well here I go anyway.
Monday night I noticed under my car a sign that really can break the heart of any car owner. There was a puddle of blood (This is oil for lawmen) under the car that seemed to spread from the center of the tranmission to the center of the engine. And as all of you know this usually is not a good sign. So in short - my chevell is sick. I will be pulling out the tyranny this afternoon. This is no small feat considering this is a Richmond 4+1. Its kind of large and heavy. Getting it out is no problem. The problem is getting it back in usually takes a couple of good size guys. I am going to replace the rear seal and the pan gaskets Friday and be ready to put back Saturday. So if anyone does not have anything planned Saturday, just come to the shop. Don't need any experience - just strength.
Now I'm done. You can start the ragging!!! _________________ Jimmy Hanks

I can't believe I missed an opportunity to make a snide Chevy comment. I guess if I'd look on here more often I would get those opportunities. _________________ Jay
