To all LCC Members:

This weekend 06/27/09 is the cruise-in at Pete’s No. 9 drive in. We need everyone that can possibly be there to attend. This past weekend was the cruise in for The Special Needs Board and there were only 12 entries. Come on guys help us out on this one and everyone show up at Pete’s at 6:00 for the cruise-in. We need to make a good showing here. I know it’s hot and nasty out but we all decided to do this event and we need to support the club and its functions. The cruise in is scheduled from 6 until 9. All that can – please come out and show your support. We need every ‘body’ that can possibly be there to help.

Also the next meeting is scheduled for July 10th and we are meeting at the Gospel Tabernacle across from Farm Bureau. There has been one email sent out asking for a head count so they could prepare the right amount of food for us. As of today only 12 people have replied. Please let us know asap so there will be enough food. If you don’t RSVP I can’t have food there for everyone to be able to eat. Just reply to this email with the total number of people in your group we should prepare for.

Look forward to seeing everyone out on Saturday at Pete’s.

PS – come early and help us setup. Hope to have a good crowd.

The cruise in tonight has been canceled because of the storm and no power at Petes. The storm knocked out power and that means no music so no cruise in. We are going to try and reschedule for the end of July.

Lets all try and come out to the meeting Friday night at the Gospel Tabernacle right across from Farm Bureau. We have a cruise in scheduled for Saturday the 11th at New Day Baptist Church in Union. This is the one we are getting paid to do so we need a good group of cruisers in attendance. We only have 25 people that have let us know they are planning on coming to eat. If you are not on the list you will have to call Paul Graddick at 200-1712 and let him know. See all of you Friday.
